Usually use "Maehagane" Method for repair the decrepit pond but currently difficult to use it because not easy to collect required clay quality and economic wise. "Hyomen Shasui" Method alternative "Maehagane" Method and that method using Rubber or PVC Sheet and cost cheaper than "Maehagane" Method but easy to deterioration. Bentonite has self-healing specifications and not caused Material deterioration because of Natural clay minerals. Due to those specification, adopted bentonite sheet under "Hyomen Shasui" Method.
